1/2 cup of honey
1/2 peanut butter
1/4 cup of coconut oil
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
3/4 cup of uncooked oats
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Shredded coconut for coating

Mix the honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, and coca powder together in a saucepan until all ingredients are melted together.
Then remove pan from heat and mix in the shredded coconut, oats, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Let the mixture chill for 20 to 30 minutes in the refrigerator or until it firms up.  Then shape the chilled mixture into balls and roll in the shredded coconut.  Store in the fridge.
